For the 1200 calorie diet plan, you are going to want to organize the items before you start. For breakfast, it is best to eat 1 slice of whole wheat bread with 2 tsp of jelly. You will want ½ a cup of non-sugary cereal. 


You will want 1 cup of 1% milk in the cereal. A ¾ cup of orange juice for vitamins, and a cup of coffee(optional). For lunch will be 2 oz of unseasoned roast beef on wheat bread, 3 tomatoes, one slice of lettuce, and 1 tsp of mayonnaise


You will want 1 apple and plenty of water. For dinner you can have white meat( no oil or butter), any kind of vegetables, a fiber source, water, and a dinner roll if you wish.

A broccoli and feta omelet is a great source of fiber and protein in the morning for breakfast. A salmon noodle bowl is a great source of protein and is quick to prepare. 

It will also supply you fiber and vitamin c. Chocolate dipped banana bites are a great dessert that is low in calories and high in potassium

Honey grapefruit is a great source if you’re hungry to replace the fat filled snacks that are the first to catch your eye. Chili is a great way to stay full and is healthy. The kidney beans and red chili powder will burn fat fast.
